A WhatsApp automation agency for businesses that live on WhatsApp.
EasyDevs is a WhatsApp automation agency in India building WhatsApp chatbots, automated follow-ups, and WhatsApp-first CRMs on the official Business API. If your leads, quotes, and conversations already happen on WhatsApp, we make that channel smarter — qualifying leads, chasing no-shows, and closing the loop — instead of asking your team to copy everything into a dashboard nobody opens. We built Salesvora, our own WhatsApp-first CRM, exactly this way.
Small teams run their whole customer relationship over WhatsApp, then leave the CRM blank because entering data after every chat is work nobody does. The fix is to make WhatsApp the interface, not a tab you look at.
WhatsApp is the interface
Leads flow in from your business number automatically. The pipeline updates from the conversation itself — no manual data entry.
Follow-ups that actually go out
When a lead goes quiet, an AI drafts a follow-up that references the real conversation. You approve it in one tap — or let it run autonomously.
Qualification while you sleep
An AI agent reads each thread, classifies the stage, and flags the hot ones — so your team spends time only on leads worth their time.
Compliant by construction
Opt-in tracking, pre-approved message templates, and Meta's approval flow are handled — so your number stays healthy and your broadcasts land.

FAQ
WhatsApp automation, answered.
Do you use the official WhatsApp Business API?+
Yes — everything we build runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, not unofficial or grey-market gateways that get numbers banned. That means proper template approval, consent tracking, and delivery analytics.
What is the difference between the WhatsApp Business API and a BSP?+
The Business API is Meta's official messaging interface. A BSP (Business Solution Provider) is a partner that resells access to it, often with extra tooling and per-message markup. We can build directly on the Cloud API or work through a BSP you already use — we'll tell you which is cheaper for your volume.
Can the AI reply to customers on its own?+
It can, but by default we keep a human in the loop — the AI drafts the reply and you approve it in one tap. Fully autonomous mode is available and can be switched on per contact once you trust it. A wrong automated message to a sensitive lead does more damage than a slightly delayed one.
Will this work with my existing tools?+
In most cases, yes. We integrate with your calendar, common CRMs, and SMS providers, and can connect to your practice-management or booking system. If you have something niche, we'll tell you honestly on the call whether it fits.
You built your own WhatsApp CRM?+
Yes — Salesvora is our own WhatsApp-first CRM with automated follow-ups and a marketing broadcast layer, live at salesvora.com. It means we've already solved the hard parts (webhook queues, template approval, delivery throttling) in production, not just in theory.
